Seascape Studios

This project responds specifically to the needs of artists, architects, and photographers, providing a purpose-built facility where these professionals can conduct their work both individually and collaboratively. The building is a comprehensive workspace, accommodating activities such as model creation, photography, computer-based research, drawing, and collaborative meetings. Comprising, distinct levels connected by a gallery space, the structure features a theater within the gallery space. This arrangement facilitates meaningful interactions and networking opportunities among professionals spanning various fields. Most rooms within the building afford panoramic views of the sea, enhancing the overall aesthetic and providing a serene backdrop conducive to focused creative endeavors. Open spaces on each floor, are strategically designed to afford occupants not only functional workspaces but also areas for contemplation and inspiration.
