Sky Terrace Research Hub

This project is an aerospace research hub with living spaces, research facilities, and social areas, all surrounded by well-designed open spaces. There’s also a special gathering space for emergencies, featuring hexagonal structures that make the most of the available space. In the research area, you’ll find advanced tools like wind tunnels, offices, and laboratories. The social spaces include cafes, restaurants, and shops, creating a collaborative atmosphere for everyone involved. Situated on a steep slope, the design takes advantage of the natural landscape to give residents a great view of the sea. The buildings are arranged on different levels, carefully placed to avoid blocking each other’s views. The levels change based on how much privacy is needed, with houses placed on the highest level and social areas on the lowest. The houses are designed to suit different types of families, making this project a thoughtful and inclusive living space. This aerospace research hub combines top-notch scientific facilities with smart design, creating a place where innovation and comfortable living come together seamlessly.
